Our preferred loan size is $150,000. We lend between $40,000 to a maximum of $250,000 per transaction. Available property equity is central to our assessment.
An Equity-Focused Approach
When a property has sufficient equity to support the proposed loan, we make every reasonable effort to find a workable financing solution. Credit difficulties, unconventional properties and complex circumstances do not automatically rule out a transaction. We look closely at the obstacles and consider how the loan can be structured to address them.
